Photo From Emoji Generator is a free browser-based tool that converts uploaded images into emoji mosaic images. The MVP is provided without required signup, without watermarking, and with PNG download.

Your Images and Rights

You are responsible for the images you choose to upload, process, download, or share. Use images only when you have the right to use them.

Normal generation is local to your browser. If you choose to share a result, you confirm that you have the right to upload and share the generated emoji mosaic result.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
• Share harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Misrepresent the service or generated results as official content from another person, brand, or platform.

Emoji Appearance and Licensing

Emoji appearance can vary by device, browser, operating system, and font. The site does not claim that generated results use a specific proprietary emoji style unless a licensed asset source is explicitly stated.

If the site later bundles a third-party emoji asset set, attribution and license notes will be provided. You are responsible for checking whether your use of generated results is allowed for your intended purpose.

Shared Result Pages

Shared result pages store the generated emoji mosaic image and settings, not the original uploaded photo. Shared pages are default noindex, follow and are intended for sharing or returning to a result, not for large-scale public content indexing.

We may remove shared results that violate these Terms or create operational, legal, or safety risk.

No Warranty

The tool is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every image will produce a recognizable or high-quality emoji mosaic, that downloads will work on every browser, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the tool or generated results.
